We are committed to providing our amazing customers with gorgeous quality pieces, however in saying that if you have received a product that you believe to be faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receiving by emailing us at email@example.com.
To help speed up the process please supply images of the alleged fault and supply us with your order number to avoid any delays.
If the item is assessed as faulty we will refund the shipping cost to us and either exchange or refund your initial purchase price to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for refunds to processed.
We are unable to accept cancellations on any orders, including pre-orders.
